Jessica chose to pursue a career in healthcare because of her strong desire to help people. She found becoming a nurse practitioner to be a very rewarding career path, especially when collaborating with her patients to help them achieve better health. The biggest influence in her life is her husband and three daughters. They bring her joy and happiness, which she carries into work every day. She loves getting to know her patients outside of their medical condition and learning what makes them happy and joyful. Getting to know patients more deeply really helps the connection that she has in tackling their health problems and earning their trust.
