Carly knew becoming a physician assistant was the perfect career for her because she has a passion for helping others and also loves learning about the human body and how it works. Being involved in multiple sports growing up she developed a strong interest in orthopedics. It wasn't until her clinical training where she developed a strong passion for surgery. Carly says her parents have been the biggest influences in her life. They have always been very encouraging and a constant support. She frequently goes to them for advice. In her free time, Carly feels passionate about keeping the environment clean, assisting with picking up litter along highways and rivers.
