Sue Smith has always had a passion for people. She was six years old when she decided she was going to become a nurse someday. After spending twelve years as a registered nurse, Sue went back to school to pursue her degree and become a nurse practitioner. She felt this would allow her to form deeper, more meaningful connections with her patients. Now she loves coming to work every day where she has the opportunity to touch someone’s life – whether that be a patient, their loved ones, or her coworkers. Sue has a special interest in breast cancer. She also actively volunteers at the Bronson Battle Creek Cancer Care sponsored activities, like the annual Survivors’ Celebration.
